Click Sign In, then click the "Continue with Google" button. Select your Google account from the popup. If you have previously signed up with Google, you will be logged in automatically. Google Sign-In is the fastest way to access your account since it skips the email/password step entirely.

To unlock Expert downloads you can either subscribe to a Premium plan or buy a one-time Expert unlock for $2.50, which lets you re-download that specific template freely for the next 7 days.

Doxuno is a document creation tool, not a legal service provider.

You can print them, sign them digitally, share them via email, upload them to document management systems, or use them with any e-signature platform. Can I get a refund?

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Doxuno never stores, sees, or has access to your card details. Your payment information goes directly to Stripe through an encrypted connection and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Will I be charged automatically?

If you have a Premium subscription, it renews on the same date you originally subscribed — monthly for monthly plans, yearly for yearly plans. You will receive an email receipt for each renewal. You can cancel at any time from the My Account page and you will not be charged again after cancellation. One-time Expert unlocks ($2.50) are single charges and never recur.

All prices on Doxuno are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Stripe automatically handles currency conversion when you pay with a card issued in a different currency. Unlimited — $20/month ($16/month yearly) — unlimited Expert documents, 500 AI generations, 1,000-document history. All plans cover every template in our library, automatic Expert unlocking, the Document Builder, and instant PDF generation. You can upgrade, downgrade, switch monthly↔yearly, or cancel at any time.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Visit the Premium page and select your new plan. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you get instant access to the higher plan benefits. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

When does my document limit reset?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly document download limit resets on the anniversary of your subscription start date. For example, if you subscribed on March 10th, your counter resets on April 10th, May 10th, and so on. You can check your current usage and remaining downloads on the My Account page. Unlimited plan members have no counter since there is no download limit.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Account and click "Cancel Subscription". Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period, so you will not lose any time you have already paid for. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged again. You can resubscribe at any time.

Yes. All Premium plan members automatically unlock Expert clauses across the whole template library, up to your plan&rsquo;s monthly Expert-document limit (25 / 100 / unlimited). Instead of paying $2.50 for each one-off Expert unlock, every Expert template is ready to download as soon as you open it while signed in with a Premium account.

Question 29

What happens to my documents if I cancel Premium?

Your previously downloaded PDFs remain on your device and are yours to keep forever. Your document history is also preserved in your account. If you cancel Premium, you will still be able to re-download any documents you previously created during your subscription period from the My Account page. You just will not be able to create new Premium documents until you resubscribe.

Try these steps in order: 1. Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable. 2. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools, which can sometimes interfere with the PDF generation process. 3. Try a different browser. Chrome and Edge tend to work best with Doxuno. 4. Clear your browser cache and reload the page. 5. If you are on a mobile device, try using a desktop browser instead. If none of these steps work, contact support@doxuno.com with your browser name, device type, and the template name.

The document preview is not showing.

The preview requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser. Here is how to troubleshoot: 1. Make sure JavaScript is not disabled in your browser settings. 2. If you are using an older browser version, update to the latest release. The preview works best on modern browsers updated within the last 12 months.

All core features including live preview, form filling, and PDF download work across these browsers.

The form fields are not saving my data.

When signed in, your work is automatically saved as a draft tied to your account, so you can resume from any device. When signed out, drafts are stored only in your browser: 1. Private/incognito mode does not save data between sessions. Avoid using it if you want progress to persist. 2. Clearing site data in your browser settings will remove anonymous drafts. 3. Each browser keeps separate storage, so data entered in Chrome will not appear in Firefox. Sign in to keep drafts safely synced to your account.

Yes. Doxuno is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. On mobile devices, the form and preview are displayed in a stacked layout rather than side by side. You can switch between the form view and preview view using the toggle buttons at the bottom of the screen. For the best experience on smaller screens, we recommend using your device in portrait orientation for form filling and landscape for previewing the document.

Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "Cached images and files", click "Clear now". On Mac, replace Ctrl with Cmd. After clearing, reload the Doxuno page.

You can also email support@doxuno.com from your account address. Either way, within 30 days we: 1. Delete your authentication records and profile from Supabase. 2. Remove your document drafts and history. 3. Request deletion of your payment records from Stripe.

We only share data with essential service providers required to operate the platform: Supabase — for user authentication and account storage. Stripe — for secure payment processing.
