About Doxuno

A contract shouldn't take a week.

Doxuno is a legal-document platform built on a simple idea: a sound document that cites the right statute in the right country should take minutes to draft, not days.

Why this exists

For most people, putting a contract together still means choosing between three bad options: paying a lawyer by the hour for a document they'll only use once, downloading a free Word template that ignores the country they actually live in, or filling out a form that hands them a generic English document with the local currency swapped in.

We thought all three were beneath what software can do. The actual work of drafting a sound document is closer to engineering than to private practice: referencing the right civil-code article, naming the right ministry, using the right legal vocabulary. So we engineered it.

Doxuno templates aren't translations of U.S. forms with the country name swapped. Each one is written from the ground up against the law of the jurisdiction it serves: Spanish contract law, Brazilian labor law, Turkish lease law, and so on across more than thirty countries.

What we built differently

Four ideas that shape every template on the platform.

01

Grounded in statute

Every clause traces back to a real article of law. A non-compete in Italy cites Codice Civile art. 2125. A severance calculation in Mexico references LFT art. 50. The legal grounding isn't decoration. It's the structural backbone of the document.

02

Native to the jurisdiction

An Italian NDA is drafted from Italian contract doctrine, not translated from a U.S. form. Same for thirty-plus countries. Local statutes, local terminology, local document conventions, the way local lawyers actually draft.

03

Drafted in the open

You see the document while you fill the form. Type a field, watch it land in the formatted PDF instantly. No "we'll email you a draft." No surprises after payment. No waiting.

04

Designed, not generated

Typography, spacing, hierarchy, signature blocks: the small details that separate a document that looks serious from one that looks like a free download. The PDF is treated as a piece of typography, because that's what an executed document is.

What we don't do.

  • We don't translate U.S. templates and call them international.
  • We don't hand you a blank Word file with bracketed placeholders.
  • We don't make you book a consultation before you can pay.
  • We don't ask for an account before you can see what the document looks like.
  • We don't bury the price behind a "request a quote" form.
  • We don't ship templates without legal review.
  • We don't pretend a template can replace a lawyer when the matter is genuinely complex.
