01Agreement to these Terms
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Doxuno (“Doxuno”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply each time you visit the website, create or download a document or use any feature of the Service. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
02About the Service
Doxuno provides templates, forms and tools that help users prepare professional documents such as contracts, letters and forms. The Service generates documents based on the information you enter and outputs PDF files for your own use.
Doxuno is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, opinions or representation, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Templates are provided as informational tools only. You are responsible for confirming that any document you create is suitable for your purpose and complies with applicable law. For specific legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
04Account registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it up to date and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly at legal@doxuno.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
05Plans, billing and taxes
Free and paid plans
Doxuno offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans (“Expert” plans) that unlock additional templates, downloads and tools. The current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider, Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice; any changes will apply to renewals after the notice period.
Taxes
Listed prices are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any value-added tax, sales tax or similar taxes that apply to your purchase.
06Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then.
Because documents are delivered immediately upon download, all payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at legal@doxuno.com and we will review your request.
07Your content
You retain all rights in the information you enter into our forms and the documents you generate (“Your Content”). You grant Doxuno a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service and providing it to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. You represent that you have the right to use any information, names or other data you enter into the Service.
08Our intellectual property
The Service, including the templates, software, design, copy, logos and trademarks, is owned by Doxuno or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes;
- generate, download and use documents you create with the Service for your own lawful purposes (including sharing completed documents with the intended counter-parties).
Except as expressly permitted, you may not resell our templates, redistribute the Service, build a competing product from our templates, or use any automated means to scrape or copy content.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
- upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
- attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities or circumventing access controls;
- share, sell or transfer access to your account, or use the Service through automated agents or bots;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
10Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including but not limited to Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication and Vercel for hosting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
11Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doxuno disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment.
Doxuno does not warrant that any template or generated document will meet your specific legal requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Documents generated by the Service are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doxuno, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Doxuno in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Doxuno and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your breach of these Terms or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
15Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, add or remove features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doxuno is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, you and Doxuno agree to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
17Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement — these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown at the point of purchase) form the entire agreement between you and Doxuno regarding the Service.
- Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver — our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Force majeure — neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
